We use the same diligence and confidentiality with our contingency recruitment as we do with an executive search assignment.
We reserve the right to advertise on various job boards and on our own web site, unless otherwise instructed.
Our rates for contingency recruitment are less than our executive search assignment rates and are only payable upon the successful employment of our candidate. Rates are decided at the acceptance of an assignment.
